Job Description
Zeus Advisors LLP is looking for a Senior Associate – Transaction Advisory to support clients across fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, due diligence and strategic transactions.
The role involves working closely with founders, investors, promoters and management teams to evaluate opportunities, prepare transaction materials and support execution from initial analysis through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Support fundraising and M&A transactions from evaluation to execution.
- Prepare financial analysis, transaction models and investor materials.
- Conduct company, industry and market research.
- Support financial and business due diligence.
- Prepare presentations, information memoranda and transaction documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, investors, legal advisors, financial advisors and other stakeholders.
- Assist senior team members with strategic and transaction-related assignments.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate finance, consulting or a related field.
- Strong financial analysis and Excel skills.
- Good understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts.
- Strong research, analytical and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work with senior stakeholders.
